Founder and Principal Broker

Priya is the reason our median purchase closes in 19 days. She owns the condition queue, chases the appraiser, and calls the closing attorney before anyone has to ask her to.
Client Education Lead
Walter teaches the free monthly homebuyer workshop and writes most of what you will read in our learning center. He is unusually good at explaining escrow shortages without anyone's eyes glazing over.
